I’m Not Making That: Engine Block Eggs

Wiggum: Mmm, engine block eggs. If we can keep these down, we’ll be sitting pretty.
Homer: That’s them!
Wiggum: Quiet! I can’t hear the eggs.

The following is a list of egg related recipes that I’ve made:

I’m kind of sick of eggs. I’m also concerned about the health of me (and my car) if I cook eggs on the engine. Although apparently cooking food on the engine of a car is a thing. But with that recipe you don’t just cook the eggs right on the engine block, you’re supposed to use tin foil. I couldn’t find a single recipe for cooking eggs using Chief Wiggum’s recipe and I feel like this is actually a positive for society as a whole.

More the point, why does Chief Wiggum even have eggs in his squad car in the first place? Does he make engine block eggs on the regular? He’s probably hungry due to all his late night ghost car chases and for that I’m sympathetic. There are ghost cars all over Springfield highways, you know. But maybe Wiggum should think about stocking his car with something like granola bars instead of eggs. They travel better, there’s less chance of salmonella or general engine related food poisoning. But then he wouldn’t get to listen to the eggs cooking so I guess I can see where he’s coming from. Either way, I’m not making that.
